National and European legislation on the protection of personal data provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, which must be carried out in accordance with principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, confidentiality, and protection of the rights of the data subjects. NEWDEP s.r.l. undertakes to process and safeguard personal data provided through its website with the utmost confidentiality, care, and diligence, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
This information notice does not concern other websites that may be consulted via the e-mail address published on the homepage of the site.
Types of Data Processed
The collection of personal data takes place:
- through the voluntary sending by users of e-mail messages addressed to the mailbox published on the homepage of the site;
- through the voluntary completion of the form published on the contact page;
